I’ve fallen out of touch for some time. It happens every year and I’ve learned to relish this period of silence. Typically I’m so busy with other activities and the fullness of life, that blogging seems to just melt away to the side of all the fun. I try not to worry about it. I do sometimes feel badly, but then remember that this blog is for me. It’s my space and I control the rules. So if I want the rules to include long periods of lapses, then they can. Right? I just hope you’re happy to see me back (if anyone is still there).
I’m going to try to participate in NaBloPoMo. What is this strange word you may wonder? It’s an acronym for National Blog Posting Month. Bloggers commit to writing a post every day for a month. It can be any month, but November is the official month. You can read all about it on the unofficial FAQ of NaBloPoMo.
I’ve been thinking about this all through October and decided to jump into the NaBloPoMo wagon with both feet in. So expect some posts from me this month. 30 of them to be exact. They may be short, they may be long, and they certainly won’t all have beautiful images associated with them, but they will be posts.
I’m not sure if I can hold on for the full ride, but it’s always worth trying something new, right?
